Return Policy

Yenmax.com offers a 30-day, 100% guarantees on all our products. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for refund or exchange. Please email us at sales@yenmax.com in advance of returning an item. Items to be exchanged or returned should be mailed to Yemax.com online store. Along with your receipt, so we know who you are. Please allow one week for credits to be received, inspected, approved and then reflected on your credit card account. Yenmax.com does not refund original shipping charges or reimburse the shipping cost to return.

We inspect every item before it is packed for shipping.  We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects.  But if you find the products you received have manufacturing defects, we will gladly accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise with invoice receipts for a full reimbursement.

All items must be returned with the same care as sent. Any item washed, worn or damaged will not be honoured for credit. 

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise under the following conditions. Any exchangeable item will (if available) be replaced as soon as we receive it along with your original invoice. Your return shipping cost would be credited back to you subject to the following: Furthermore, we will also incur the shipping fee on the exchanged item sent back to you. In case your replacement item is not available, we will refund you back your money along with your return shipping fee.
